Generator Fuel
Generator Fuel
Using propane generators over gasoline generators has several advantages.
- A propane generator uses propane, which is clean burning, and won’t produce as many toxic fumes which are harmful to the environment.
- The cost of batteries and backup batteries can add up! Propane for a propane generator is relatively inexpensive, which allows you to not only power your generator, but have a backup stock ready.
- Propane generators offer continuous power, so you don’t have to worry about the battery running low. As long as you have a fuel supply, the propane generator will keep running.
- A propane generator is easy to store. There are lots of fuel storage container available, and it won’t generate that offensive smell (unless, of course, there’s a leak!) you’ll often find with gasoline. It’s also relatively lightweight as well.
